InterEast offers logistics services and transportation of goods to and from Eastern Europe and Asia, particularly for manufacturing companies in the engineering and textile industries. The company has 45 people employed in Turkey, Romania, Poland and at headquarters in Gothenburg, Sweden. InterEast has a revenue of approximately 15 million EURO and was started in 1992 by the Törnqvist family who owns and runs the company.
For our office in Kalisz, Poland, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our day-to day business together with the Branch Manager.
A normal working day will involve tasks such as; maintaining long-term relationships with customers and suppliers, monitor and supervise the course of transport and controlling of the circulation of shipping documents. This is a role including a broad range of tasks, which will be a new and warmly welcomed addition to the company.
Duties include, but are not limited to;
- Organization of transports
- Develop and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients
- Support and assist Branch Manager with daily tasks
- Timely execution of orders
- Work on transport exchanges
- Perform other projects as assigned
Who are you?
For this role we’re looking for an outgoing, communicative and positive person with a ”can do”-attitude. As you will form half of the team, you have high self-discipline and the ability to work independently. Preferably you have some sort of academical background, but in this recruitment we will value your personal qualities.
